Shipping policy
All orders ship within 1-3 business days, but may be longer during peak season. Your shipping fee during Checkout is an estimated price. If more charges are required then the customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping charges.
Lost Or Stolen Package Policy
If your package is lost or stolen a claim will be filed on your behalf by us. After the Claim is filed and completed, the decision of the investigation will determine whether a Refund or exchange will be given. The Customer must wait for the claim to be finished before any refunds or exchanges can be processed.
